Mariana Padrão Moura

Since the Year of the Wood Horse (2014), I have dedicated myself to the practice of Chinese Medicine. I like to see the human being as part of the living world and find natural ways to restore their balance, using curiosity and continuous training.

Mariana Padrão Moura, profissional de Traditional Chinese Medicine.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from ISMET, in partnership with the University of Wales, with specialisation in Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She further advanced her studies in Portugal, Spain, China and Taiwan, where she had the privilege of learning directly from renowned physicians and professors in various fields of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Her clinical practice combines traditional knowledge with modern functional therapies, providing personalised care focused on identifying the root cause of each patient's imbalance and developing individual treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

Her goal is to help each person restore balance, improve health and achieve long-lasting well-being through safe, personalised and integrative care.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a therapeutic system with thousands of years of clinical practice, designed to understand and treat each individual as a whole, considering the interaction between body, mind and emotions.

Assessment includes a detailed medical history, tongue diagnosis, pulse analysis and abdominal palpation, allowing the practitioner to identify patterns of imbalance and create an individualised treatment plan.
